Gifted Subs Terms - VALORANT

1. Headshot Hero Clause: If any player starts hitting impossible headshots like they're Jett with an aimbot, I reserve the right to declare the match rigged and demand a rematch.

2. Spike Sneak Provision: If the enemy team plants the spike in the first 30 seconds without a single kill, I can call "Ninja Plant" and reset the round (in my mind, at least).

3. Lagging Omen Rule: If any Omen player teleports into a wall, falls off the map, or generally gets confused by their own abilities, the bet is immediately void due to "Omen being Omen."

4. Clutch or Kick: If someone pulls off a 1v4 clutch, all subs are doubled—unless the clutcher was me, in which case, I’m just a legend and we move on.

5. Team Flash Disaster: If someone on my team blinds the entire squad with a flash, I can subtract 1 gifted sub from my bet because of "self-inflicted harm."

6. Toxicity Timeout: Any and all toxic chat or voice comms result in an immediate timeout, where participants must post Valorant agent fan art or share funny in-game moments.

7. Gifted Subs Delivery: All gifted subs must be delivered with a message complimenting my superior tactical skills, or in the event of a loss, my "excellent decision to gamble in the first place."

8. Spike Defuse Drama: If the spike gets defused with less than 0.5 seconds left, I gain the right to claim victory spiritually—subs are still required, but you must acknowledge my near-win in chat.

9. Memes Before Money: For every gifted sub, a meme must be posted in chat within 30 seconds, or the sub is sacrificed to the Valorant gods (aka Sage for some healing).

Gifted Subs Terms - Overwatch 2

1. PotG Hijack Clause: If anyone but me gets Play of the Game (PotG) and it's just them pressing Q, I reserve the right to void the bet due to "PotG robbery."

2. Ult Gone Wrong Rule: If a teammate completely whiffs their ultimate (Reinhardt charging off the map, Lucio ulting no one), I can subtract 1 gifted sub for emotional damage.

3. Support Superiority: If the support player has more eliminations than the DPS, all bets are doubled because clearly the roles got mixed up somewhere.

4. Tank Troll Provision: If a tank decides to go on a solo mission and charges into the enemy team like they're Doomfist in disguise, the bet is nullified. Tanks need team hugs.

5. Clutch Nano Save: If a Nano-Boosted hero clutches a team fight and somehow lives with 5 HP, all subs are tripled because Ana deserves all the credit.

6. Toxicity Timeout: Any and all toxic chat or voice comms result in an immediate 5-minute break where participants must post wholesome Overwatch 2 memes or share clips of their worst misplays.

7. Gifted Subs Delivery: All gifted subs must be accompanied by a message praising my immaculate aim or excellent ability to always "be on fire," even if my team lost horribly.

8. Last Second Contest: If we lose a point or payload because the enemy sneaks a contest in the last second, I get 2 extra subs for enduring the pure pain of Overwatch overtime.

9. Memes Before Money: For every gifted sub, a meme must be posted in chat within 30 seconds. Failure to comply means the sub is donated to "Winston's peanut butter fund."

No Purchase Necessary: Participation in this bet is entirely voluntary and is not contingent upon the payment of any monetary funds, including but not limited to, the gifting of Twitch subscriptions, donations, or any other form of currency, virtual or otherwise. By opting into this bet, participants acknowledge that they are under no legal or financial obligation to provide gifted subscriptions as a condition of their participation, and no such purchase is required for eligibility.

Disclaimer of Liability: The organizer of this bet (hereinafter referred to as "The Streamer") assumes no responsibility for any voluntary gifting of subs. Participation is strictly for entertainment purposes, and gifting subs is purely optional, with no influence on the outcome or standing of any individual in relation to the bet. Any subs gifted out of goodwill, competitive spirit, or in support of The Streamer’s emotional resilience during an intense match shall be considered non-refundable and voluntary in nature.

Non-Binding Agreement: This bet does not constitute a binding contract of any form, and no legal claim or obligation arises from the outcome of said bet. All participants retain the right to watch, laugh, and spectate without any implied duty to contribute monetarily. Subs are considered "gifts" in the legal sense and are not to be construed as payment, remuneration, or consideration for services rendered.

Void Where Prohibited: This bet and its associated terms, including the gifting of subs, are subject to all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted.

By participating in the stream, viewers acknowledge and agree to these terms. This clause shall be interpreted in accordance with the principle of "Don't take it too seriously—it's just a video game."
